Purpose
To enable managers in organisations undergoing change to help their employees understand, accept and work with the changes, so that disruption is minimised and performance objectives are achieved.

Two intensive days from 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

During the programme delegates will: -

bullet point Develop approaches and techniques to help and support individuals and teams through a change process;
bullet point Identify communication strategies and how to deploy them;
bullet point Explore how to enable better understanding and dialogue with employees;
bullet point Learn how to deal effectively anger, frustration and resistance to change;
bullet point Identify how to monitor the progress of objectives and strategies for change against clear success criteria;
bullet point Examine a series of ‘change’ case studies in order to learn from the experience of others;

The programme involves a balance of input, discussion, activities and case studies to aid learning.

Comprehensive reference notes are provided together with a free, confidential telephone advice line to help in the application of learning back at work.

£350.00 + VAT per delegate. Fee includes all material, lunch and refreshments. Telephone advice line available free of charge for twelve weeks after the programme.
