Purpose
To help managers, team leaders or project coordinators set up small teams in the workplace and facilitate the use of the tools and techniques needed to enable the team members to tackle problems and challenges effectively.

Content
During the programme delegates will: -

bullet point Learn how to form a working team and establish clear terms of reference;
bullet point Work through an effective problem solving process;
bullet point Test and evaluate the tools and techniques to support the process;
bullet point Identify how to engage and motivate team members;
bullet point Work on communication and facilitation skills;
bullet point Develop the skills needed for accurate diagnosis of the causes of issues and problems;
bullet point

Learn how to help team members to find creative and business focused solutions.

Our Approach to Learning
The programme involves a balance of input, discussion and activities to aid experiential learning. Delegates are able to practise their team working and facilitation skills and make use of a range of team tools and techniques.

Comprehensive notes are provided together with a free, confidential telephone advice line to help in the application of learning back at work.


Booking Information
£350.00 + VAT per delegate. Fee includes all material, lunch and refreshments. Telephone advice line available free of charge for twelve weeks after the programme.
