To explore, practise and develop the skills needed to help and support others to maintain and improve their effectiveness at work.

Programme Outcomes

At the end of the programme delegates will be able to: -

bullet point Identify and use the skills and behaviours necessary to coach others;
bullet point Recognise the nature of coaching relationships and the importance of building trust;
bullet point Support others to take responsibility for their own performance;
bullet point Recognise how to help others improve their motivation;
bullet point Utilise personal/performance goals and measures to help plan for success;
bullet point Use constructive challenge and feedback to raise awareness and address problems;
bullet point Help create personal development and performance action plans and facilitate their implementation;
bullet point Identify how to monitor performance without interfering.

Our Approach to Learning
The programme involves a balance of input, discussion and activities to aid experiential learning. Delegates are able to experience coaching techniques applied to the real performance challenges and issues they face. Comprehensive notes are provided together with a free, confidential telephone advice line to help in the application of learning back at work.


Booking Information
£350.00 + VAT per delegate. Fee includes all material, lunch and refreshments. Telephone advice line available free of charge for twelve weeks after the programme.
