Purpose
A personal development programme for individuals wishing to develop their self-confidence, communicate more effectively and increase their influencing skills.

Duration
Three intensive days from 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Content
During the programme delegates will explore how to: -

	Work with different personalities and styles effectively;
	Manage emotions and appear more confident in challenging situations;
	Negotiate and persuade with integrity;
	Use assertive and responsive behaviours effectively and prevent unnecessary conflicts;
	Handle disagreements constructively;
	Assess the impact of their preferred and habitual styles of behaviour upon others;
	Work effectively with people perceived as ‘difficult’.

Our Approach to Learning
The programme involves a balance of input, discussion and activities designed to promote self-awareness and help develop good interpersonal skills.
